Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Illegal and Restricted Uses

As a condition of using RenzheCloud services, you and your end users must not use the services provided by RenzheCloud for any illegal purpose. Otherwise, you will not be permitted to continue using the services. You and your end users must not use the services in any way that could damage, disable, overload, or otherwise impair any RenzheCloud service provided by a third party. You and your end users must not attempt to obtain any information that is not intentionally provided through the services.

Use of Services

The services are intended to help you and your end users communicate with others over the internet. You agree to use the services properly and to require your end users to use the services properly. Where applicable, you and your end users must not engage in the following activities:

1. Use the services in connection with illegal contests, gambling, illegal lotteries, spam, or any repeated and unsolicited messages.
2. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including privacy and publicity rights.
3. Publish, post, upload, distribute, transmit, or disseminate any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content, including child sexual abuse material or virtual child sexual abuse material.
4. Publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate topics, names, materials, or information that incite discrimination, hatred, or violence against any person or group.
5. Upload or otherwise make available images, photographs, software, or other materials protected by intellectual property laws unless you own the relevant rights or have obtained all necessary permissions.
6. Use the services to distribute or access materials or information, including images or photographs, that infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party.
7. Upload files or content containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or any other similar software or programs, or content intended to delete or damage files.
8. Download or publish any file that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed.
9. Forge or remove any author attribution, legal notice, proprietary designation, or source label from uploaded files, software, or other materials.
10. Engage in activity that exceeds reasonable limits or interferes with other users’ normal use of the services.
11. Violate the terms or any other guidelines that may apply to any specific service.
12. Collect or otherwise obtain information about others, including email addresses, unless it is necessary to operate your website and is permitted by your privacy policy.
13. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
14. Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
15. Create or operate Tor nodes.
16. Scan or sniff ports on other network hosts unless you have obtained written permission from the other party. No other reason is permitted.
17. Perform any type of BitTorrent download unless a specific service explicitly states that such activity is allowed.
18. Sniff, crack, penetrate, or attack RenzheCloud networks or infrastructure, whether intentionally or due to objective factors.

RenzheCloud reserves the right to disclose relevant information when required by law, regulation, or government request, and also reserves the right to edit, remove, or refuse to publish any information or materials. RenzheCloud may take any or all of these actions at its sole discretion.

RenzheCloud does not control or endorse any content, messages, or information that appears through the services. Therefore, RenzheCloud expressly disclaims responsibility for any actions or issues resulting from your participation. If your service consumes excessive resources, such as through high-volume downloading or mining, RenzheCloud may limit the resources provided to you at any time to protect the normal use of other users on the same node.

Termination / Access Restrictions

RenzheCloud has no obligation to actively monitor the services. However, RenzheCloud reserves the right to review any materials posted through RenzheCloud services and to remove services or content at its sole discretion. RenzheCloud reserves the right to terminate all or part of the services, related services, or access permissions at any time at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide prior notice. For users who violate this AUP, once service is terminated, RenzheCloud has no obligation to provide further maintenance.

No Spam

RenzheCloud will immediately terminate any service that is believed to be used for sending spam or large volumes of unsolicited email, and RenzheCloud has no obligation to restore such service.

Infringement Notices

RenzheCloud respects intellectual property rights and requires our customers to do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, or if we believe that your content infringes the intellectual property rights of others, please provide RenzheCloud with the following information:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.
2. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of the material on the service that you claim is infringing.
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner, agent, legal representative, or authorized person for the copyright, intellectual property, or related work.

Notice and Takedown Procedure

RenzheCloud reserves the right to remove services and content that are believed to be infringing or that have received an infringement claim at any time. RenzheCloud also reserves the right to prevent continued access to infringing content, or content alleged to be infringing with a factual basis, by disabling access or removing the content.
